3 Players/Coaches will help run the drill; Helper #1 will line up inside the attack line on the near side. Helper #2 will set up on the far attack line with a ball. Helper #3 will line up next to the net, as the passer. The rest of the players will line up at the cone in Figure 2, where the sideline and baseline meet.

To begin the drill, the coach will slap the ball. The first player in line will run forward, staying low. The coach will throw the ball to the center of the court. The first player will hustle to the ball and pass it to Target. The second player in line will follow as soon as the coach begins to toss the ball.
Instructions. Have the players line up at either right back or left back.
